Information you provide
If you call or email Methodical Group, you may provide contact details, workplace, property or site information and details about the service you require. Please do not include health information or test results in a general website enquiry.
Website enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, Methodical Group retains the contact and service details you provide so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Access is restricted to an authorised Methodical Group account. A copy is also processed by FormSubmit to deliver an email notification to Methodical Group. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Please do not include health information, test results or other sensitive personal information in the general enquiry form.
Service records
Information collected while delivering testing services is handled under the agreed client procedure and provided only to authorised contacts. Specific retention and disclosure requirements may depend on the service, client requirements, workplace policy and applicable law.
Website data
The website host may process routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device and request logs. The public website does not intentionally use advertising cookies.
